Saturday 9/4 9 am Vinyasa
Sunday 9/5 9:30 Vinyasa and 3:30 Prenatal
Monday 9/6 9 am Hatha Flow, 7 pm Vinyasa.
All other classes canceled.

Mom & Baby Postnatal Thursdays 10:30-11:45 am
Parent/Child Yoga Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am
